MSc (Nutrition)
Master of Science (Nutrition) by research supports Malaysia’s aspiration to produce competent and intellectual professionals in solving issues related to food, nutrition and health at the local and global levels. To meet the demand of food and health industries, this programme relies on the integration of knowledge from various disciplines, including human and clinical nutrition, nutritional epidemiology, anthropology and biochemistry, as well as food analysis and toxicology.
