Paper Usage Reduction at PPSK: Aligning with SDG 12

At PPSK, the staff has demonstrated a strong commitment to reducing paper usage as part of a broader effort to adhere to sustainable practices and contribute to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. Over the past three years, there has been a noticeable reduction in the purchase of paper reams, highlighting the successful implementation of waste reduction strategies. From 2022 to 2024, paper ream purchases decreased from 800 to 500, reflecting a 37.5% reduction. This decline is attributed to a shift towards digital practices and heightened awareness of sustainability.

By consciously reducing paper use, especially during key months, PPSK staff are actively contributing to environmental sustainability, setting a strong example of how educational institutions can lead in sustainability initiatives.
