Master of Science (Biomedicine) by research supports Malaysia’s aspiration to produce competent and intellectual biomedical scientists with advanced knowledge, research acumen and innovative capabilities to meet the demand of health industries. The advancement of diagnostic tools and novel treatments for the prevention and cure of human diseases relies on the integration of knowledge from various disciplines, including microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, immunology, anatomy, physiology, as well as the genetics and molecular biology to improve understanding on the pathophysiology of diseases and the physiological functions of the human body.
