Career prospects for the Biomedicine programme include:

1. Science or research officers at research centres, institutions of higher learning, hospitals, public and private medical laboratories.
2. Production and administrative officers in related industries including Quality Control officers, sales personnel and advisors in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries; insurance underwriters; suppliers of medical products and instrumentations and as environmental officers.
3. Tutors or lecturers at academic institutions of higher learning in both private and public sectors. Graduates can also register as post-graduate students or join the academic staff training scheme at any of the institutions of higher learning.
4. Scientific or commercial ventures in biotechnology fields.
